GEORGETOWN, SC, South Carolina David Willoughby 1946 — 2022 David (Dave) Willoughby, husband of Dottie Weber Willoughby, resident of Campbell County Kentucky until 2019 passed away on Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at his home in Georgetown, SC after a brief illness. Dave was born in Covington, KY on April 24, 1946 to the late Clifford and Norma West Willoughby. He was a United States Army Vietnam Veteran and Purple Heart recipient. Dave was a member of the Lawler Hanlon VFW Post 5662 in Newport, Kentucky. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother who will be dearly missed.
