Each month, a clinical and non-clinical team member will be selected from nominations submitted through BJC Shines.

  • Describe a job well done, thanking a co-worker or team member for their work/contributions. Examples: Inclement weather situations; picking up an extra shift; leading a presentation; just being a great co-worker and/or making work fun.

  • Highlight the action and how the team member lived Our BJC Values.
